Feeling Sick? Got a fever? Tummy ache? Headache?
Last night my Granddaughter was running a fever 101.6
She had a tummy ache, a head ache and did not feel well,..
For the Fever, I sprayed her body (avoid getting in eyes) with half of a 15ml bottle of 1 drop of Peppermint oil mixed in water (this water is filled to the top of the neck )and I rubbed it in.
I rubbed DigetZen on her tummy for the tummy ache.
Because she did not feel well and did not know what she might be coming down with,..I put few drops of coconut oil and about 4 drops of Melaleuca and about 4 drops On Guard on her spine, back, back of neck and the bottoms of her feet, and rubbed it in. (she got a massage more or less)
Then I put on her socks and sent her to bed.
This morning she woke up and said "Grandma I feel great!"
She even called her mom to let her know she felt really good. My granddaughter also told me that when she gets sick her mom gives her "medicine" (not sure what that is) and she will still be sick for 3 or 4 more days.
She said "I dont want Medicine anymore, I wants oils!"
Got to love them oils!
